- The offer is valid for tenancies of 42 weeks or more.
- Tenants eligible for this offer will have two weeks’ rent deducted from their final instalment.
- This offer applies only to tenancies booked from 17 December 2025 onwards.
- No action is required by the student; the discount will be applied automatically by the management team.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- If a tenancy is cancelled before the final instalment is paid, the two-week rent deduction will not apply.

Refer a Friend Offer
St George’s Tower is offering a voucher reward to current and future residents who successfully refer a friend to book accommodation at St George’s Tower Student Accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.
Reward Amount
- The voucher reward under this promotion is a £100 voucher for both the referrer and the referred student.
- The value of the voucher reward may change during specified promotional periods; however, any changes will not affect rewards already secured.
Promotional Period
- The refer-a-friend campaign is open for referrals from 17 December 2025 onwards.
- St George’s Tower reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility Criteria for Referrers
To qualify for this promotion, the referrer must:
- Be a current resident for the 2025/2026 academic year or have already booked directly for accommodation at St George’s Tower 2026/2027 academic year.
- Refer a friend who will be a full-time student for the 2026/27 academic year
- For the purpose of this promotion, a ‘full-time student’ is defined as a student who has booked a 44- or 51-week tenancy at St George’s Tower for the 2026/27 academic year.
Eligibility Criteria for Referred Students
For the referred student to be eligible for the promotion, they must:
- Book a room at St George’s Tower during the active Refer-a-Friend promotional period.
- Advise St George’s Tower the name of their referring student no later than 14 days from the date of making a booking by sending an email to enquiries@stgeorgestower.co.uk
- Book for an occupation period of no less than 44 weeks during the 2026/27 academic year.
- Be booking St George’s Tower accommodation for the first time (existing residents renewing their tenancy do not qualify as referred students).
Referral Limits
There is no limit to the number of students a referrer can introduce during the active promotional period.
Cancellation Policy
If either the referrer or the referred student cancels their booking before the start of their Tenancy Agreement (AST), the voucher reward will not be applicable to either party.
Eligibility to Claim the Voucher Reward
Both the referrer and the referred student will be eligible to receive the voucher reward only if:
All eligibility terms outlined in ‘Eligibility Criteria for Referrers’ and ‘Eligibility Criteria for Referred Students’ are met.
- As of 1st October 2026, both the referrer and the referred student have moved into their respective rooms and made their first or full rental payment under their Tenancy Agreements (AST).
- All due payments under their respective Tenancy Agreements (AST) have been paid in full.
Voucher Payment
- Vouchers will be provided in physical form and will be available for collection from reception.
- Eligible students will receive further details regarding collection on 1st October.
- The £100 voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
General Terms
- St George’s Tower reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time without liability to participants.
- Students who have booked before the end of the promotional period and meet all eligibility criteria will still be honoured, even if the promotion is later withdrawn.
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.
